I crossed from media into custom home in 2009 — back then "wardrobes" were still tucked into the basement corners of malls. In 2016 I rebranded the Guangzhou Wardrobe Expo into the "China Custom Home Expo" and named that year the "Year of Custom" — pulling the whole sector into a collective pivot. In 2025 I named "Light-Luxury Custom" — once tech levels the playing field, what young buyers need is value-for-money that is genuinely good.
